What isn't available, yet, are the actual sales prices of properties, all the prices provided are the marketing prices, but it does most definetly give a strong insight to how the market is performing and allows buyers and sellers alike to get a handle on the property market for the area(s) they're either looking to buy, or sell in.

These locations are the most sought after areas in the Algarve and in some cases the whole of Europe so it stands to reason it tops the charts when looking at price points.
